We’re excited to spotlight Dr. Brooke Wehausen, our featured Elevate Dermatology physician for June!
Dr. Wehausen is a highly proficient and patient-centered board-certified dermatologist & dermatologic surgeon practicing at our Shrader Road location since September 2020. She grew up in Southern Maryland in a suburban town just outside of Washington D.C. and is now proudly serving patients in the greater Richmond area!

Dr. Wehausen is trained in the field of dermoscopy, or skin surface microscopy, a non-invasive method used for early detection of skin cancers. She has diagnosed and managed a vast array of dermatologic conditions in many diverse clinical settings.
She is passionate about providing attentive, individualized care while helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment decisions. In her spare time, you'll find Dr. Wehausen watching Virginia Tech football cheering on her fellow Hokies!
